Terms, Disclaimer & Important Information
Last updated: 23 August 2026
SENdayFinder aims to help families find SEN-friendly activities, groups, businesses, parks and places to visit.
We do our best to provide useful and accurate information, but circumstances can change and every child and family's needs are different.
Information on SENdayFinder
Information on SENdayFinder may come from activity providers, businesses, organisations, publicly available sources and our own visits or research.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date. However, opening times, prices, facilities, accessibility arrangements, activities and other details can change without our knowledge.
Please check important information directly with the venue or provider before travelling, attending or making a booking.
SEN-Friendly Listings
A place appearing on SENdayFinder does not guarantee that it will be suitable for every child or every type of additional need.
Where we describe SEN-related features — such as enclosed play areas, accessible equipment, quiet spaces or changing facilities — this is intended to help families make their own informed decisions.
Parents and carers are responsible for deciding whether a venue, activity or environment is appropriate for their child and circumstances.
Third-Party Venues and Activities
SENdayFinder helps people discover activities and places but does not control independently operated venues, businesses, groups or activity providers.
A listing on SENdayFinder does not mean that SENdayFinder guarantees or endorses the safety, quality, accessibility or suitability of that venue, activity, business or service.
SENdayFinder cannot accept responsibility for experiences, incidents, injuries, losses or other problems that occur while using a third-party venue, activity, business or service, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Bookings and External Websites
SENdayFinder may provide links to external websites where visitors can find more information or make bookings.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, bookings, payments, cancellations and agreements made through another website are between the visitor and the relevant provider.
SENdayFinder is not responsible for the content, availability or operation of third-party websites.
Tell Us If Something Isn't Right
We genuinely want SENdayFinder to be useful and trustworthy for families.
If you visit somewhere listed on SENdayFinder and have a poor or concerning experience, or notice that information on our website is incorrect or out of date, please let us know.
We can review the information and, where appropriate, update, correct or remove a listing.
Please contact:
Feedback about an experience may be considered when reviewing a listing, but SENdayFinder cannot investigate or resolve disputes between visitors and independent businesses, venues or activity providers.
Your Responsibility
Parents and carers remain responsible for the supervision, safety and wellbeing of children in their care and for deciding whether a particular activity or venue is appropriate for them.
Nothing on SENdayFinder should be treated as professional, medical or safety advice.
Changes
These terms may be updated as SENdayFinder develops. The latest version will be available on SENdayFinder.com.
